almond meal pancakes topped with blueberries and almond butter




















lunch

shrimp omelette served over spinach sauteed in coconut oil

sliced avocado

sliced cherry tomatoes
















dinner

more leftover beef stew (gets tastier the longer it's around!)

classic iceberg salad w/ balsamic vinegar and olive oil
