two over-easy eggs

one almond meal muffin

one peach

one avocado, sliced















lunch

two stuffed peppers

vegetable stir-fry w/ broccoli, cabbage, red cabbage and carrots


















dinner

pan fried pork chops, seasoned with coconut aminos, oregano, basil, salt and pepper

zucchini and asparagus panfried with coconut aminos, oregano, salt and pepper

pan fried cherry tomatoes
